Return and Refund polices

We accept return and return of our products when following conditions meet: 

1. Defected products due to our mistakes. 

2. Wrong products from customer ordered send out. 

3. All returned products must in its original state. 

4. Return products not include all the foodware. or drinkware due to hygiene issue. 

Pls take noted that, for those customised products, return or refund are not accepted and it is normal that the customised product may not exactly matched the network preview.
