Rotary UV printing wraps the whole body, not one flat panel

Most suppliers can only print a single flat patch on a curved tumbler, so the artwork has to be designed around that patch. We run a rotary UV printer that carries full colour the whole way around the body with no seam, which means a repeating pattern, a photograph or a wrap-around design all work as drawn. Laser engraving is the alternative: it cuts into the steel, so the mark is permanent and comes out in the colour of the metal underneath rather than in your brand colour.

Every piece here is double-wall vacuum steel

There is no plastic or glass option in this range. Double-wall vacuum construction is what keeps a hot drink hot on the morning commute and stops condensation forming on the outside of a cold one, so the tumbler does not leave a ring on a desk or soak a bag.

Tumblers and steel coffee mugs in one range

Lidded tumblers run 12oz to 30oz for carrying. Alongside them, the same double-wall steel build comes as open coffee mugs from 300ml to 550ml, which suit people who want a desk cup rather than something to take out of the office.

Should I print or engrave?
Rotary UV printing for full colour, gradients and photographs. Laser engraving when the mark has to survive years of washing and knocks — but engraving is single-colour by nature, since it exposes the steel underneath.

Can you engrave individual names as well as a company logo?
Yes — names alongside your logo are ideal for personalised gifts, awards and long-service recognition.
